The Presentation

NREIE was in collaboration with International Real Estate Investment Show(2015) in Abu Dhabi (www.realestateshow.ae.)  to provide an opportunity for Nigeria developers to present and showcase latest developments in the real estate sector.

This was a pre-launch for our official NREIE kickstarting in November 2016.

The International Real Estate Investment Show 2015 was declared open by His Excellency, Ali Majeed Al Mansoori- Chairman of the department of economic development on the 29th of October 2015. Guests and investors thronged the venue and visited exhibition stands like that of HMG, SPF Realty, Investadvise, NREIE, etc. All the exhibitors showcased their properties to over 7,000 guests who came to the event. The event had more than 100 exhibitors from around the world. Some companies made sales at the venue while others got referrals for after-exhibition sales.

Nigeria Real Estate Investment & Exhibition exhibited properties from PWAN HOMES, AMEN Estate and had on display Souvenirs, demo CDs from other top Nigerian developers. The first day was very active as a lot of media hype and bill-boards decorated the whole of Abu Dhabi. It might suffice to say that the venue- Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) is an architectural edifice that will marvel any real estate fanatic. Interestingly, NREIE was the only exhibitor from Africa at this event.

At the event, the different stands were branded with electronic displays showing investment opportunities in countries like America, United Kingdom, Russia, Philippines, Bosnia Herzegovina, India and Nigeria just to mention a few. International visitors bombarded the venue and language was not a barrier. Our stand was graced with 253 visitors and investors from different language and nationalities. I vividly remember a Chinese investor who had fond memories of his trip to Obudu cattle ranch some years back who already has investments in Calabar and is willing to extend to Lagos.
